Here's a fun idea for New Media and Video 2.0-ites

TasteTV invites our New Media & Video 2.0 Meetup friends to tell everyone about their favorite Bay Area restaurant or food experience in a 30 second to 1 minute video.

Highest ranked + highest viewed videos will be featured on TasteTV on Comcast On Demand in Northern California, as well as on TasteTV.com, and SFStation.com. Plus three people will receive a culinary gift.

Simply record your video, and upload to TasteTV's Tastemakers Social Club site here, and be sure to include it under the tag, "New Media and Video Meetup"

Winners will be announced the week of June 9th

    great idea, but I wanted to see more contributions! ps. do we still win a prize if we made a video? ;)

    • “ Please note: This event never was supposed to have a physical location because it's an online contest, as described in the meetup information. We expected a low level of physical attendance because there was no where to actually go (physically). The Meetup was "in the videos." Our intention was to create a fun opportunity for New Media Meetup members that were interested in having their restaurant video picks broadcast on TasteTV (based on inquiries we get) ”
