- Hi, I am a leadership coach - I specialize in first-time managers/leaders. I have a different "day job" and would like to evolve a way to share some of my collected know-how, over the web, ideally for profit. (I work near Page Mill Rd.)

People experienced in this kind of web-based model. Like-minded people, in that they see offering their skills/wisdom is part of their higher purpose, and see getting paid as important and appropriate yet not the most important thing.
- What's your "special skills"?

Leadership coaching, with the edge that I know what makes a good one and a bad one, and, I know how to become a good one. The trick is, it requires looking inside before you look outside, and not everyone is willing to do that.
- What/who are you looking for?

Benevolent advice/guiadance; existing models for how to do this (incl pointers to examples). I learn fastest by seeing similar ways of doing something. I am willing to "pay forward" the help I receive, to exchange services, etc.
