We are seeking a talented, technically accomplished, and entrepreneurially minded web designer, video developer and content manager to create a platform for video-on-demand distribution. We will launch the site distributing five new films, making them available for Video On Demand.

Candidates should be able to:

-create a new website that enables us to distribute our film on-line, so that audiences can download the film for a fixed price (eg $9.95)

-set up a Content Management System to handle sales via credit card;

-create flexibility in this distribution service, so it can be accessible by partner film-makers who also want to distribute their films this way, in exchange for a reasonable fee;

-recruit and manage whatever other technical team-members may be required.

This is a deferred pay position - the successful candidate will receive an equity stake in the company; as well as back-end-points in all the films being sold. S/he will also receive a deferred fee of $60 per hour worked on the project. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering film production and distribution company.
